IMPORTANT INFORMATION about payments

Payments are made securely through Stripe. You will receive an email confirmation of your order from Global Trade Insights. We will email an invoice separately. Please contact us if you have any problems, via the Contact form on this website.

The organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the course for any reason. If the course must be cancelled by the organisers, a full refund will be provided. Refunds may take 5-10 working days to process by Stripe. Refunds are made to the original credit card used for payment.

A 10% administration fee is charged for any withdrawal after enrolment. Course fee is 50% refundable for withdrawal between 8 and 15 days of course commencement. Course fee is non-refundable in the case of withdrawal within 7 days of the course date. Registration is transferable to another person if you are unable to attend for any reasons. Please note that we are not responsible for travel or related costs under any circumstances. Participants may wish to consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance in the unlikely event that the programme is cancelled or unable to proceed, or if the participant cannot attend for personal or professional reasons.

We collect personal information from you, including information about your:

• name

• contact information

• organisation (if supplied)

We collect your personal information solely in order to register you (or record your expression of interest) for our courses. Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter your name or an email address, we will be unable to register you for our courses. We keep your information safe by keeping it confidential to Global Trade Insights and only allowing Stephanie Honey and Sarah Paterson to access it. We keep your information for two years, at which point we destroy it by erasing our digital records unless you have asked us to retain it. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
